The Management and Technical Staff of Precision ERS are committed to providing innovative solutions and best-in-class performance, utilizing our decades of experience and industry leading knowledge.
Precision ERS is a women-owned business (WBE) located in Tampa, Florida. Our 15-acre campus houses 120,000 square feet of operational space with an additional 55,000 square feet of off-site warehousing. More than 10 million telecom units have been repaired at this Tampa facility.
Our core business is the repair and refurbishment of electronic equipment. We specialize in repairing product that is out of the original OEM’s warranty period and Manufactured Discontinued products. This specialized capability enables our customers (which include OEMs) to extend the service life of their products. Our extensive knowledge of Repair & Return has enabled us to provide customized service offerings throughout the entire Reverse Logistics Supply Chain process.
Our engineering team is aggressively developing additional product offerings to enhance our current repair capabilities of more than 30,000 different part numbers from over 200 different OEMs. We are a true multi-vendor, component level repair organization utilizing our premier repair labs and extensive test infrastructure.

Technology
Precision ERS specializes in providing customized IT solutions to our customers. We employ in-house developers so that we can adapt to customer needs quickly and we have created custom programs to reduce the possibility of errors and maximize efficiency. We have created a portal where our customers can enter orders and we use EDI, FTP & other forms of B2B when possible to automate data transfer. Our portal is just one mechanism we use to keep our customers informed. Customers are also notified via scheduled email reports and file transfers. Precision ERS uses a variety of invoicing models to suit the needs of our broad customer base including paper, PDF, EDI and file based summary invoices.
