Precision ERS is proud to announce the acquisition of the repair division of Prius Healthcare USA based in Oldsmar, FL. Prius is part of a global distribution network for specialty hospital bed frames, therapeutic support surfaces, intermittent and sequential compression devices as well as disposable and reusable medical products.
The official announcement was made Monday, April 5, 2021. Discussions between the companies began in the summer of 2020 and the transaction officially closed on April 30 of this year. “The acquisition of the repair division of Prius Healthcare USA further compliments the commitment Precision ERS has made to supporting healthcare organizations, medical device start-ups and the medical device manufacturing community in the area of repair and supply of medical devices,” stated Precision ERS President, Kristen Keller. “This fits well within our mission to provide innovative repair and service solutions to customers looking to reduce maintenance and operating costs for their devices.
